Estafeta welcomes 2021! And as we reflect on 2020, we’re humbled and grateful to our customers, our team and stakeholders, for their support. Like most organizations around the world, we struggled, coped, and adjusted. But we also grew!

Estafeta Welcomes 2021

At Estafeta, 2020 meant difficulties, and it also meant going out of our way to meet our customers’ requests. So, we now head into 2021 proud of what we endured and accomplished in the last year. And we look forward to 2021 with renewed trust in the capabilities of our team, suppliers, and stakeholders. We’re ready to continue working to meet our customers’ expectations, as we adjust to the changing conditions of the pandemic. And above all, we view this year as a time to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.

Challenges, decisions, and, growth

As Estafeta S.A. CEO Ingo Babrikowski expressed, 2020 was full of challenges but also unexpected growth for our company. And indeed, it was! Although the pandemic lockdown initially halted many customers’ requests, a few months later they picked back up, substantially. The increase of ecommerce in Mexico and the U.S. forced our operations to work over capacity. But as our CEO explains, faced with the decision of rejecting orders or expanding capacity, Estafeta went for the latter. Thus, our company met and exceeded growth objectives.

Estafeta Welcomes 2021 even more committed to our customers.

In 2021, Estafeta USA will build on last year’s efforts, by continuing to meet our customers’ needs and expectations. To that end, we’ll keep improving our internal processes, so we can provide the services our customers deserve. And that’s where you come in!
